Sales order

Launching of your property
We carry out a complete marketing plan that includes advertising in the most important real estate portals, our website, magazine and the windows of our offices. We also provide you with a wide portfolio of buyers. One of our advisors will assist and lead you in this part of the process.

Contract of sale and purchase
Once the parties reach an economic agreement, we send you a contract proposal made by our legal department. At that moment, all the documentation concerning the property is reviewed to ensure that it is transferred free of charges and without obligations. (mortgage loans, community fees, municipal taxes, etc.)

Successful completion of the transaction
Once the purchase contract has been signed, we start the necessary steps to carry out the deed in the notary's office. We request the corresponding certificates from the bank, town hall, community of owners, etc. Once the property is deeded, we take care of the changes of ownership of consumption and community of owners.
